Congratulations on purchasing your Spa Package Certificate.  To redeem your certificate, please follow these short steps:

  • San Diego residents ONLY please

  • Gratuities (tips) are NOT INCLUDED in the purchase price of the Spa Package.  Most providers of these promotional offers require a Manditory 15-20% Gratuity. The specific mandatory gratuity or co-pay amount is on each Spa Service Certificate.  The gratuity is based on the regular retail value of the service.

  • The medical spas and/or holistic health centers, rather then asking for the mandatory gratuity, state this as a Consultation Fee of $20-payable at the time of your appointment.

  • The Consultation Fee is equivalent to your standard gratuity or co-pay.  

  • You may like to give a gratuity above the Consultation fee-this is optional.

  • Please remember to bring your eLiveLife.com Certificate so that you will receive the Promotional Price for the Spa Service.

STEP 1

From the Homepage go to the Menu bar on the left handside of the screen and select  BEST DEALS.

STEP 2

Click on the service you are interested in for example ‘Massage therapy’ and hit ‘GO’. A listing of all our service providers for the particular service you have selected will automatically appear.

STEP 3

Browse through each of the listed service providers and select the one you would like to visit.

 The "Add To Cart" Button is to purchase Spa Service online.  You may purchase an additional Spa Package for yourself or as a gift-with this feature.  If you like, we will send a gift certificate directly to the gift recepient's address-and they may customize their own Spa Package.

STEP 4

When you are finished browsing please take note of all the service providers you would like to visit and email info@elivelife.com  with your choices, your certificate number, and full name with preferred mailing address.  Please remember to include your name and mailing address with the order.

STEP 5

Your Spa certificates will arrive in 3-5 Business days-to the mailing address that you provide.

When your certificates arrive in the mail simply call the individual service provider’s telephone number on the certificate to schedule your appointment.   When scheduling an appointment, say that you have an eLiveLife.com certificate and present it at the time of your appointment.  Remember to bring the gratuity or consultation fee, and enjoy your Spa experience.
