Your certificates will not be accepted if you print them out yourself unless you have written permission from eLiveLife.com Your purchased certificates are mailed out 1 to 2 days after purchase date. Expect to receive them 3-4 days from purchase date.

I want to purchase this as a gift for someone who works in the area, does this come with their name on it or is it just the certificate?

Sorry, but the certificates are for FIRST TIME USERS ONLY. You may, however, buy multiple certificates and give them to different first time users as gifts.

ALL of our clients request a mandatory gratuity to avoid ambiguity. Some of our service providers are Medical Spas or Holistic Health Centers and they DO NOT ACCEPT GRATUITIES BUT they ask for a $20. Consultation Fee which is similar to a service fee or co-pay that you pay with your insurance companies medical providers. This $20. fee is paid at the time of appointment just like when you go see your doctor.

I was informed that I did not have to choose my services at the time of purchase rather check the website and pick which services I wanted. How do I choose from this website? When I see a service that I'd like to use, it only lets me puchase the option. What do I provide to the salons so that they know I have already paid? Please help me navigate through this because I was told this was a really simple process.
